Arriving in Beirut

Book your flights to Beirut with Etihad Airways and discover the charms of the city that has come to be regarded as "the Switzerland of the Middle East." Beaches for relaxation, a lively nightlife, and the traces of the past are combined to form a single picture.

Plan Your Beirut Visit

To travel to Beirut is to plunge into ancient history: at the National Museum you can get a close look at Phoenician culture, in the Cilicia Museum you will learn about Armenian customs, and on Serail Hill you will find monuments inspired by Ottoman architecture. Beirut is not just about history, however, because it also has a myriad of bars, cafes, and pubs in Gemmayzeh.

Buying tickets to Beirut also will allow you to practice your swing on the golf courses, shop at the more than 200 stalls of its souk, and take a photo of the incredible Pigeons’ Rock, two huge rocks that emerge from the depths of the Mediterranean. If you decide to take advantage of the flight deals to Beirut during the summer, you also can enjoy the weekly One Big Sunday beach concerts. Make your reservations early to find cheap hotels in Beirut for these dates.

Major Airports in Kenya

Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO), formerly named Nairobi International Airport, is the largest airport in Kenya and is located nine miles from Nairobi city centre. The terminal houses banking facilities, tour operators, and hotel booking operators. There is a full-service restaurant on the fifth floor of the main building and numerous cafes and shops throughout the airport.

Airport Transportation in Kenya

A rail link is currently being built to connect the airport to Nairobi city centre so soon it may be an option to take a train to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. You can currently chose to take a bus to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport as there are regularly scheduled routes daily from Nairobi city centre to the airport. If you prefer to have more space or a more luxurious ride you can take a taxi to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. This will obviously be a little more expensive and the journey will take about 20 minutes.

Interested in Beirut? Consider Al Ain

With your flights to Al Ain on Etihad Airways, you will find yourself in the beautiful Garden City where you’ll feel a distant past and return to embrace modernity all with the course of a few minutes. This land encompasses the spirit of the Emirates and preserves an ancient heritage that has earned it the designation as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Plan your Al Ain Holiday

There are a thousand reasons to travel to Al Ain: explore its modern roads in search of the most original sculptures, walk its green gardens in stark contrast to the desert that surrounds the city, look for a bargain in the old bazaar, step through the doors of its fortresses and into the past, or brave the desert sands on a camel in search of Qattara.

If you’re thinking of buying some tickets to Al Ain, keep in mind that the time preferred by residents of the nearby Abu Dhabi is the summer, so it will be harder to find flights and cheap hotels in Al Ain. It would be wise to consider a visit during the winter season when there are excellent flight deals to Al Ain and temperatures are milder.
