Major Airports in Rome

Flights from Rome depart from the Leonardo da Vinci International Airport (FCO), otherwise known as Fiumicino Airport. Located 21.7 miles southwest of central Rome, Fiumicino has 4 terminals: T1, T2, T3 and T5. Airport Transportation in Rome

There are several transportation options between Rome and the airport. The non-stop bus to Fiumicino Airport from the centrally located Termini Station takes around 55 minutes. Another solution is to catch an express train to Fiumicino Airport, which will get you to the airport in 31 minutes and is preferable to the regular train, which takes 1 hour and 10 minutes. A taxi to Fiumicino Airport is another alternative and will take about 50 minutes.
