Plan Your Dubai Holiday

The reasons to travel to Dubai are myriad and focus on primarily commerce and relaxation. People come for the desert, the extravagant collection of shopping malls, the souks, the golden beaches, the museums, the contemporary attractions and for Dubai’s reputation as “place to do business” in the Arabian Gulf. In 2010 Dubai was the 7th most visited city in the world.

The climate in Dubai is a subtropical desert with scattered humidity throughout the year. During the off-peak season, especially in July and August, temperatures swell and at times can exceed 45 degrees. Travellers seeking cheap hotels in Dubai should attempt to arrive during the off-peak season, but should be prepared for very warm temperatures. If you wish to experience the full range of diverse activities that are available, we recommend that you book your tickets to Dubai as soon as you can and travel in the peak season. Major Airports in Yemen

There are two major airports in Yemen, one in the capital and the other in Aden. Sana'a International Airport (SAH) is located about 13km from the city centre and has Wi-Fi areas, shops, and small restaurants. Aden International Airport (ADE), also is near the city, is a mere 10km from the downtown area, and although small, is an attractive option if you plan to stay near the coast.

Airport Transportation in Yemen

There are buses to Sana'a International Airport that circulate on a regular basis. If you prefer to reduce your travel time, you can always take a taxi to Sana'a International Airport and secure extra luggage space.

You can’t take a train to Sana'a International Airport, but more options are available for travellers considering the other airport. There is also a bus to Aden International Airport, which is inexpensive and makes frequent trips back and forth creating lots of availability.
