Trat Airport is the main airport serving Trat and the surrounding area. It is situated 35 km from Trat city and has a single runway and open-air terminal. The facility was opened in 2003 and has firmly connected Trat to the global airport infrastructure. The airport has been built with respect to the indigenous population and the beautiful environment in which it is set.

There is no public bus to Trat Airport from the city centre but some of the hotels operate a shuttle bus to Trat Airport. There is currently no train to Trat Airport either.
