Ibrahim Nasir International Airport (MLE), more commonly known as Malé International Airport, is located on Hulhulé Island and is the largest airport in the Maldives. It is only 2.5 km from the capital city of Malé. It offers passengers a first floor lounge with satellite TV and Internet access along with fax and telephone services. There is also a bank, a post office, restaurants and many shops including a pharmacy and a duty free.

As the Maldives is made up of a string of islands there is no train or bus to Ibrahim Nasir International Airport. You may be able to take a taxi to Ibrahim Nasir International Airport, but they are fairly limited on the island so you may have to book in advance.
