Edinburgh International Airport (EDI) is your gateway to the world. It is located just 7 miles from the city centre. There are several shops at the airport as well as numerous cafes. The airport has two onsite full service restaurants as well. There is duty free shopping available for international travellers and free Wi-Fi throughout the entire airport for all passengers.

Airport Transportation in Edinburgh

A great way to get to the airport is via the express bus to Edinburgh International Airport (EDI) that runs from Waverly Bridge in the heart of downtown. There is also a public night bus N22 that runs from Waverly Station to the Airport. The trip takes about 30 minutes. You can also catch the bus at Hayward Station if that is more convenient. Currently there is no train to Edinburgh International Airport (EDI) but there may be in the near future so be sure to check before you leave. You can always take a taxi to Edinburgh International Airport (EDI) if you don’t mind paying extra.
