The newly opened King Shaka International Airport (DUR) was finished just in time for the 2010 World Cup. Airport Transportation in Durban

There is currently no train to King Shaka International Airport. Service by shuttle bus to King Shaka International Airport is readily available from the downtown core and many major hotels. If you prefer to take a taxi to King Shaka International Airport they are also available for hire throughout Durban. A taxi will provide you with extra baggage room and flexibility should you require it.
