Arriving in Athens

Your flights to Athens with Etihad Airways will take you to a city abounding with ancient remains and cultural experiences. Beyond its mythical temples, there are neighbourhoods of whitewashed houses and stony streets as well as sophisticated avenues where modern luxury is at every turn.

Plan Your Athens Holiday

When you travel to Athens you take a trip to a past world that lives on through monuments that have stood the test of time, such as the Parthenon, the Temple of Zeus, and the Odeon of Herodes Atticus. The colossal archaeological remains allow us to imagine the splendour and intellectual charms of an ancient civilisation.

Additionally, take advantage of Etihad Airways’ flight deals to Athens to discover Panas’ Cave in the heart of the Mont Parnes, to stroll through the National Garden of Athens, and to check out the chic boutiques of Kolonaki. If you want to see the fun side of the city, book your tickets to Athens for during its carnival, when you will be enveloped by a blend of music, dance and theatre. Book everything in advance of the events you wish to enjoy. Otherwise, it will not be easy to find cheap hotels in Athens.

Major Airports in Brisbane

Brisbane Airport (BNE) is a modern facility that is the third busiest airport in Australia in terms of the number of passengers it serves, surpassed only by Sydney and Melbourne airports. This airport has two terminals; the I for international flights and the D for domestic flights, though both are connected via an internal terminal.

Airport Transportation in Brisbane

Taking the train to Brisbane Airport is the fastest and cheapest option of them all. At the airport, there are two stations that maintain constant service, with trains arriving every 15 to 30 minutes throughout the day until 22:00 at night. Alternatively, you can take a bus to Brisbane Airport. There are several lines, some of which connect with the nearest tourist attractions. However, keep in mind that they don’t operate after 21:00 at night, so if you must travel at an inconvenient time you’ll have to take a taxi to Brisbane Airport.

Choose Etihad Airways, the National Airline of the United Arab Emirates, for flights from Brisbane to Athens on which you will be travelling in comfort and style.
