Plan Your Lagos Holiday

Lagos is one of the largest cities in all of Africa and the Port of Lagos is one of the busiest in Africa as well. This is a city that is quickly becoming a sought after vacation destination with its modern infrastructure and plethora of ocean beaches along the Atlantic. Not far from the 5 star hotels that line the beaches are several entertaining and informative tourist attractions like the Nigerian National Museum and Iga Indungaran.

Like most West African countries, Nigeria experiences a dry summer season, shouldered by very wet seasons, it’s the winter dry season when the weather is at its most pleasant. The peak tourist season to travel to Lagos is between December and March, and it is best to buy your tickets to Lagos early if coming at this time of year. Cheap hotels in Lagos are easy to find from April to July, when the weather is warm, but the rain is heavy. Flight deals to Lagos can be found year round with our Deals section.

Plan Your Seoul Getaway

There is so much to do in Seoul that a visitor never has to be stuck in his or her room watching TV. For instance, Gyeongbok Palace was originally built in the late 1300s. English and Spanish tours are available for visitors to learn more about Korea's architectural traditions, as well as the nation’s customs. Bukchon Village features two palaces, along with quaint cafés, restaurants and art galleries, such as the Art Sonje Center. The War memorial of Korea displays generations’ worth of guns, tanks and planes.

Nature lovers will love climbing the picturesque mountains known as Bugaksan peak. The friendly neighborhood of Itaewon is full of lively bars, clubs, restaurants and shops. People can buy furniture and art work, as well as tailored suits. People can then go out dancing at one of the hottest spots in Seoul, Club Volume. Similarly, the Namdaemun market contains a seemingly endless stretch of street-vendor stalls. For those looking to take a romantic stroll, Cheonggyecheon is a 5.8 km, or 3.6 mile stream with gorgeous waterfalls and dozens of overhead bridges.
