Major Airports in Los Angeles

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is by far the largest and busiest airport serving the Greater Los Angeles Area. It is the sixth busiest airport in the world and serves over 61 million passengers a year. The airport boasts nine duty free shops, currency exchanges and a stunning array of retail shops including the Hollywood Store. There are many different cafes and restaurants aimed to suit just about anyone’s palate.

Airport Transportation in Los Angeles

The airport is very accessible from downtown LA. You can take a train to Los Angeles International Airport by taking the LA Metro Green Line to the airport transportation hub. A shuttle bus will then transport you to the terminal. Similarly, you can take a bus to Los Angeles International Airport by catching any one of several lines from the downtown core to the airport transportation hub. Again, a shuttle will then take you to your terminal. A taxi to Los Angeles International Airport is also an option.
