Major Airports in Belgium

Just eight miles from the city centre of Brussels is Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU). There are many services available at the airport including a pharmacy, a travel shop, a hairdressers, restaurants and various shops.

Passengers can also board their flight from Belgium at the Brussels South Charleroi Airport (CRL). The airport is located 3 miles from Charleroi and is only 30 miles from Brussels city centre, boasting plenty of bars, restaurants, book shops and access to Wi-Fi in certain zones.

Air Transportation in Belgium

You can get a train to Brussels Zaventem Airport, taking just 17 minutes from Brussels city centre. A taxi to Brussels Zaventem Airport is another option and licensed taxis can be identified by their blue and yellow emblem. You can take a bus to Brussels Zaventem Airport as there is a bus station located in the airport, which provides direct shuttles to and from the city centre. This trip takes about 45 minutes.

You can access Brussels South Charleroi Airport easily by bus, taxi or train, each taking about 20 minutes.
